• Assess patients' health status, document responses, and coordinate care with physicians.
• Educate clients on health topics and treatment plans; participate in team meetings.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure methadone accountability records.
• Distribute medications and orient new admissions to medical aspects of treatment.
• Assist with urine surveillance and safety procedures; support counselors as needed.
• Train staff on medication policies and contribute to quality of care.
• Coordinate medication reviews and staffing with agency physicians.
