Job summary

Royal Wa Spokane Llc is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to monitor clients and assist with treatment activities across multiple settings, including clinics, group meetings, and outdoor activities. You will transport clients as directed, document incidents, maintain records, and help create a safe, supportive environment that promotes recovery and responsibility.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, ability to operate a 15-passenger van, and basic computer skills;

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to operate a 15-passenger van.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise clients at all times across multiple settings.
• Transport clients and/or staff to appointments as directed.
• Document daily shift reports and incidents in records.
• Maintain room and unit readiness for new clients and discharge preparation.
• Support clients in understanding treatment goals while maintaining boundaries.
