Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Behavioral Sciences preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR software and documentation is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and assist with orientation of programming.
• Provide support to treatment teams and coordinate daily schedules.
• Operate the company vehicle to transport clients and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care.
