IKEA Joliet is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure safe and efficient recovery and handling of goods. You will operate recovery machinery, verify damages, maintain a clean work area, and support cost-effective, high-quality product flow through the facility.

Working Wed-Sat 4pm-2:30am, you will be part of a team that values diversity and co-worker well-being. A background check and drug test may be required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

• Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Skilled with hand tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Willing to be certified on counterbalance and reach truck.

The starting rate/ salary for this position is 21.44 USD
