Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Associate to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals within our Adult Mental Health Services Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a wage of $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assessments, developing and supervising individual support plans, and facilitating community activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to position or an Associate’s degree with one year mental health direct service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a passenger van in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes initial and ongoing assessments of individuals.
• Develops, reviews, and ensures implementation of individual support plans.
