Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Certified Peer Specialist to support individuals in their recovery journeys.

Reporting to the Certified Peer Specialist Supervisor, you will provide peer-based support, advocacy, education, and guidance to help individuals build self-determined lives and navigate mental health services and community resources. The role emphasizes recovery-oriented practice, teamwork, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with psychiatric diagnosis or trauma.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Peer Specialist Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• One year of recovery experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; ASL preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Cultural competence and tech proficiency.

• Inspire individuals navigating recovery journeys.
