Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be certified Recovery Support Specialist RSS.
• Experience in facilitating groups and working with diverse populations is preferred.
• Excellent public speaking and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate groups to support recovery and reduce stigma within the community and family.
• Help participants locate resources (medical, housing, employment) and advocate for them.
• Conduct individual interviews to identify needs, goals, and recovery plans.
• Write notes describing encounters and group sessions.
• Connect participants with community resources and recovery allies.
