Job summary

Steadfast Health in Greensboro and Winston-Salem is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to expand access to evidence-based addiction treatment. You will lead in-community presentations, build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and government partners, and drive referrals to our care.

Qualifications

Track record of building referral relationships in behavioral health, criminal justice or healthcare business development (3+ years).
Public speaking skills and ability to present to diverse audiences.
Well-developed written communication and ability to document outreach activities.

Responsibilities

Lead community outreach in designated territory (75%), building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, government agencies, and harm-reduction groups.
Establish relationships with Medicaid MCOs and seek opportunities to join them in the community.
Meet enrollment targets and provide information to potential patients exploring treatment options.
Plan and document outreach activities; collaborate with local staff and supervisors.
Coordinate with referral partners and create quarterly outreach plans.
