Job summary

Renew Health + Recovery in Florida is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to serve as a local ambassador, raise awareness of recovery resources, and promote wellness initiatives across the region. You will cultivate relationships with community organizations, faith groups, schools, law enforcement, and public safety partners to expand access to services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outreach and community engagement preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a community ambassador and raise awareness of recovery resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Engage with local groups to promote wellness initiatives and services.
• Attend events, health fairs, and coalition meetings on behalf of Renew Health + Recovery.
• Provide education on substance use disorders, recovery, and available resources.
• Collaborate with leaders and public safety professionals to support health outcomes.
• Coordinate outreach activities and document engagement efforts.
