Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a hands-on Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Project Specialist) to join the Records Project team in Moraine, OH. This temporary role focuses on moving and protecting important government records, with potential to convert to a regular position based on performance.

You will be part of a dedicated team, ensuring boxes are tracked, packed, and transported according to strict security guidelines while adhering to safety standards in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, stage, and package records safely and accurately.
• Attention to detail for matching barcodes and labels.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and stack record boxes up to 50 lbs; work from elevated platforms up to 15 ft.
• Label and track boxes with barcode and RFID labels.
• Pack and secure pallets, stack boxes in proper order, protect corners, wrap securely.
• Check inventory against pull lists before moving.
• Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks).
