Job summary

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Project Manager in Bethesda, MD for a Federal Government Contractor role. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related Records Information Management field and extensive experience with regulatory document operations.

You will lead a staff of managers, apply modern project management tools, ensure effective delegation and accountability, and communicate with Federal CORs and client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public admin, or related Records Information Management field.
• Minimum six years of experience managing similar records projects, preferably in a contract environment.
• Significant client service experience.
• Experience managing regulatory document operations and staff of managers.
• Knowledge of contemporary project management tools and core management principles.
• Experience planning and managing lifecycle regulatory document operations with high-volume processing.
• Ability to communicate with Federal CORs, management, user organizations, and technical staff.
• Professional certification in Records Information Management or Project Management is preferred.
