DUTIES
Job Overview
This position resides in the Information Management Bureau of Department of Revenue . The incumbent supports the department’s Records and Information Management (RIM) program by coordinating planning efforts, evaluating processes, and ensuring consistent implementation across the agency. Responsibilities include providing training and guidance to staff, assisting with record classification, and promoting agency initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. This role also contributes to the integration of records and information management practices within the agency’s broader data governance framework and monitors program activities to support continuous improvement. This position reports to the Information Governance Unit Manager and does not supervise other staff.

This position would be required to report to a Department of Revenue office assigned by the supervisor. Employees must meet and sustain Department of Revenue telework eligibility requirements and supervisor's approval to participate in the DOR Telework Program. Fulltime telework is not available.
