Genesis is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to support patient billing and documentation in our long-term care operations. You will perform accurate diagnostic coding and create medical records for all new admissions.
You will conduct routine audits from admission through discharge to ensure compliance with policies, maintain the electronic diagnosis list, and collaborate with care teams to uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
