Job summary

University of South Florida is seeking an Open Rank Reconstructive Urologist with fellowship training. The candidate will join the Department of Urology at the Morsani College of Medicine and work with Tampa General Hospital as a core clinical site.

The role is a full-time salaried faculty appointment with attending staff privileges, requiring medical licensure in Florida and board certification/eligibility in urology (reconstructive focus). Teaching residents, fellows, and students is expected.

Qualifications

• M.D. or equivalent medical degree required.
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Urology with focus in Reconstructive Urology desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach residents, fellows, and medical students in clinical medicine.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities within reconstructive urology.
• Participate in program development and center establishment at TGH.
• Contribute to teaching and advancing multi-disciplinary reconstructive urology care.
• Fulfill administrative duties to support clinic and program growth.
• Maintain clinical duties and participate in attending staff activities.
