Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital seeks an experienced Reconstructive Urologist or an outstanding fellowship graduate to join the urology team as the sole reconstructive specialist in the system. The role combines clinical care, teaching, and program leadership across two Saint Louis area campuses.

The ideal candidate will be Board-certified or eligible, have a reconstructive fellowship or equivalent experience, and be committed to resident education and academic medicine.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible urologist with reconstructive fellowship or equivalent experience.
• Interest in teaching residents and medical students in an academic setting.
• Commitment to advancing reconstructive urology within a large health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient reconstructive urology care as part of a dedicated team.
• Lead complex reconstructive procedures and develop protocols across locations.
• Mentor residents and participate in research and program development.
