You will execute restoration and renovation projects, performing demolition, framing, drywall, finish work, and related carpentry with a focus on quality and safety. You will read blueprints, coordinate with project managers, and ensure work meets high standards across all phases of restoration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects.
• Strong background in carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, roofing, and masonry.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Experience reading construction drawings and estimating processes.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing installations, fixture mounting, and restoration techniques is highly desirable.


• Ability to perform detailed craftsmanship in building finishing tasks such as plastering, caulking, tile laying, glass installation, and hardscape work.


• Prior site supervision or construction management experience is a plus but not required.
