Requirements

• Valid insurable Pennsylvania Driver's License

• Ability to climb steps, stand, stoop, kneel and crawl for extended periods
• Ability to communicate in English in written and spoken manner
• Proficient in business and construction math and geometry
• Willingness to lead diverse construction teams and confront deficient performance
• Strong history of successful customer interaction and communication skills
• Strong planning and scheduling skills to start and close out projects
• Attention to detail, including inspection of ongoing and finished construction projects
• Ability to use current technology including smartphone apps and job management software
• Strong skills in a variety of construction-related activities
• Willingness to participate in company emergency on-call program
• Prior experience in property repair and restoration, including fire and water damage, preferred
• Goal-oriented self-starter able to plan and execute project details with little supervision
• Ability to develop a network of trusted trade providers
• Previous experience as a self-employed contractor highly desired
• Ability to understand and use budgets for planning and procuring materials and resources
• Willingness to work varied schedules, extended shifts of 10 hours or more, and occasional Saturdays
