Position Summary

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential and commercial reconstruction projects following damage mitigation. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent project coordination, contractor management, and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with high-end or coastal properties and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage reconstruction projects from scope approval to final completion
2. Schedule and supervise subcontractors and in-house labor teams
3. Coordinate material procurement and deliveries
4. Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met
5. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and troubleshoot issues
6. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams
7. Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, change orders, and project updates
8. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local permitting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience
• Strong working knowledge of residential or light commercial construction
• Prior experience with coastal or luxury home projects highly preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, or similar)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
