Position Summary

The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential and commercial reconstruction projects following damage mitigation. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent project coordination, contractor management, and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with high-end or coastal properties and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from scope approval to final completion
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors and in-house labor teams
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, change orders, and project updates
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local permitting
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience
• Strong working knowledge of residential or light commercial construction
• Prior experience with coastal or luxury home projects highly preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, or similar)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
