Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role requires 2–4 years of construction, restoration, remodeling, or related experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, coordinating subcontractors and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction, restoration, remodeling, or related experience.
• Project management or coordination experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with CompanyCam is a plus.
• Xactimate experience is preferred.
• IICRC certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of construction, restoration, remodeling, or related experience who is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers, subcontractors, and insurance professionals.
