Flood Guys Restoration seeks a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead the rebuild phase for flood, fire, and storm-damaged properties across Southeast Wisconsin. Manage multiple active sites, coordinate directly with customers and subcontractors, and drive projects from start to finish.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of construction PM experience, knowledge of trades, and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• Solid understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple active job sites.
• Excellent communication skills when working with customers, subcontractors, and adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Direct the rebuild phase of disaster restoration projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate project execution with customers and subcontractors from start to finish.
• Order and schedule materials to keep jobs moving without delay.
• Perform quality control on subcontractor work before customer walkthroughs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue resolution.
• Plan and schedule upcoming jobs to keep the pipeline organized and on track.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
• Develop and manage project scopes and estimates, coordinating with insurance adjusters as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus Commission Opportunity.
• Location: Greendale, WI (Travel to job sites required).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends.
• Project Scope: Multi-site Residential and Commercial Reconstruction Management.
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

You will serve as a senior leader directing the rebuild phase of our disaster restoration projects, turning water, fire, and storm-damaged properties back into finished, livable spaces. This role empowers you to manage multiple active reconstruction job sites simultaneously across the service area while coordinating directly with customers and subcontractors from start to finish. Required Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• Solid understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple active job sites at once.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working directly with customers, subcontractors, and adjusters.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Physical capacity to lift 65+ lbs and work in demanding field environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of experience preferred, with prior disaster restoration construction management being a major plus.
• Advanced experience developing project scopes and negotiating estimates with insurance adjusters.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
