Job summary

SERVPRO Team Landers is seeking a Construction Field Project Manager to supervise on-site reconstruction projects after water, fire or mold losses. You will hire and manage subcontractors, source materials, manage budgets, and coordinate permits while keeping clients and teams informed throughout the process.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and OSHA/compliance knowledge, with safety and documentation emphasized.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a construction project manager or comparable role.
• Strong communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industry.
• Prior experience with DASH software is a plus.
• Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.
• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections.
• Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit.
• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget.
• Communicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team members.

SERVPRO is looking for a Construction Field Project Manager!

As a Reconstruction Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after a water, fire or mold loss. This role involves hiring and managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, managing the project budget, obtaining required permits, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Signing bonus if you have a valid general contractor license.
