You will plan, mobilize, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution, lead walk-throughs, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property/casualty claims adjusting or restoration with project management responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilize, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Lead project walk-throughs, identify risks, and enforce safety standards across all sites.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Conduct daily project meetings, resolve issues, and manage project details to completion.
• Travel as needed to support active job sites; valid driver’s license required.
