Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction, reconstruction, or remodeling projects.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage estimates, schedules, and costs.
• Excellent communication across audiences, especially with homeowners during design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned reconstruction projects from start to closeout.
• Serve as primary relationship lead for clients and partners.
• Maintain alignment of scope, budget, schedules, and resources.
• Support estimating and other operational priorities as needs shift.
