Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Reconstruction Repair Lead to manage a field team on residential and commercial job sites. The role offers hourly pay of $24–$28 plus overtime and on-call pay, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday and rotating on-call duties.

You will oversee framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim work, read blueprints, and ensure safe, organized worksites while delivering quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction, restoration, or reconstruction experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with drywall finishing, painting, carpentry, and cabinetry.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Water/fire restoration experience and IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a reconstruction team
• Perform framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinet, and trim installation
• Read blueprints and follow project plans
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
• Complete daily documentation and maintain safe, organized worksites
• Provide excellent customer service
