ServiceMaster is seeking a skilled Senior Carpenter to support disaster restoration and reconstruction projects in North Carolina. • Experience with residential and commercial remodeling or restoration is a plus.
• Ability to use industry hand and power tools correctly and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in various job site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry including wood framing, metal stud installation, cabinet removal and set, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and minor finish work.
• Complete finish repairs and reconstruction following water, fire, or storm damage.
• Complete material work orders and communicate needs and work progress with project managers.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, based on homeowners’ requirements.
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and other reconstruction tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work meets highest quality standards and building codes.
