Job summary

Restoration 1 New Jersey is seeking a motivated Reconstruction Field Supervisor to oversee 10–15 residential projects in the Glassboro area. You will monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain clear homeowner communication.

Training in insurance restoration and project management is provided by an experienced team. This role focuses on managing customer experience, ensuring field work quality, and moving projects toward closeout with support from an office crew and operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 10-15 residential reconstruction projects at different stages of completion.
• Visit active job sites and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure subcontractors complete work properly and on schedule.
• Review the scope of work before and during construction.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide project updates.
• Identify delays, quality concerns, or additional work needed.
• Capture job-site photos and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Help coordinate material deliveries and job-site access.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Conduct project walkthroughs with homeowners and obtain approvals.
• Create punch lists and confirm final items are completed.
• Communicate progress to the operations manager and project coordinators.

Restoration 1 New Jersey is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Reconstruction Field Supervisor to join our growing team in the Glassboro, NJ area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some construction experience who is ready to take the next step into project supervision and management. You do not need years of project-management experience — we're looking for someone who understands basic residential construction, communicates well, takes ownership, and wants to learn. We provide training in insurance restoration, project management, customer communication, job documentation, and our internal systems.

You'll work closely with an experienced operations manager, project coordinators, subcontractors, and the rest of our reconstruction team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 10-15 residential reconstruction projects at different stages of completion
• Visit active job sites and monitor construction progress
• Make sure subcontractors are completing work properly and on schedule
• Review the scope of work before and during construction
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide project updates
• Identify delays, quality concerns, or additional work needed
• Take job-site photographs and maintain accurate project documentation
• Help coordinate material deliveries and job-site access
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional

• Obtain completion certificates, customer approvals, and required signatures
• Communicate job progress to the operations manager and project coordinators
• Help move projects from construction through final invoicing and closeout

Our operations team handles subcontractor assignments, administrative coordination, estimating, and other back-office support, so your primary focus is managing the customer experience and making sure field work is done right.
