Position Overview

Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction (Hershey, PA)

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within an assigned territory and hospital accounts to assist in scheduling operative cases, securing inventory, observing, and consulting surgical teams on instrumentation and implants.
  • Learn and understand technical information related to surgery and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, and colleagues.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably at least two years of professional sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license for travel within the territory.
Travel Requirements

Travel within the territory with 2-4 overnight stays per month; occasional national travel for events and conferences.

Additional Information

All healthcare facility access roles require credentialing, including COVID-19 vaccination management.
