Job summary

TAK Broadband, LLC. is seeking a Reconciliation Supervisor to join the Recon team at the Sioux Falls office. The role entails supervising the Account Reconciliation team, reconciling client statements for jobs completed by our technicians, and resolving discrepancies.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of billing management experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of billing management or related management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reporting).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Account Reconciliation team to ensure efficient and accurate recon.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to correct discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Create and maintain multiple MS Excel reports for relevant teams using various data sources.
