Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of general ledger and internal deposit accounts.
• Document, track, and clear reconciling items promptly.
• Investigate variances and root causes of unmatched items.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve open items.
• Escalate reconciliation exceptions to senior staff.
• Support process improvements and automation in reconciliation.
• Assist audits with timely reconciliations and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and risk practices.
