URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Pineville, NC invites applications for a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales by keeping product flow organized, assisting at the register, and delivering a genuine customer experience on the sales floor.

You will engage customers, support a welcoming store environment, handle transactions, and assist with stock, tagging, and restocking while maintaining company standards and policies.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store.
• Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
• Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things.
• Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment.
• Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.

Role Summary

Pay Range

Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
