URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who helps drive sales by maintaining product flow, assisting customers at checkout, and delivering a genuine shopping experience across the salesfloor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store.
• Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
• Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things.
• Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment.
• Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.

Pay Range
