URBN is hiring a Seasonal Stylist at our Raleigh location to deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert styling and personalized service.

You will build relationships with clients, provide curated product recommendations, and stay current on fashion trends while working with store leadership to meet sales goals. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building customer relationships or clienteling
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an extraordinary service culture where customers feel welcomed, heard and valued
• Offer personalized styling advice and curated product recommendations to elevate the customer experience
• Build lasting relationships through outreach, networking and follow-ups; use technology to clientele and provide a seamless experience to all customers
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by helping to amplify voices and advocate for different perspectives
• Share product knowledge, styling tips and current trends to inspire customers and team members
• Build strong relationships with peers and leadership, contributing to a positive team dynamic
• Understand and act on store performance metrics to influence selling and styling decisions
• Capitalize on walk-in traffic and identify opportunities to maximize sales in partnership with store leadership
