Inteplast Group in Kentucky seeks a Reclaim Grinder to turn rejected and scrap products into flakes and store them in designated silos. The role follows a Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm schedule with starting pay of $13.25 per hour.

The ideal candidate will maintain safe operation of grinders, monitor silos, assist with inventory, and demonstrate dependability, strong communication, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Observes and inspects grinder for proper functioning, damage, wear, and tear.
• Checks silos and observes readings for fullness; notes damaged/broken parts, esp. blades.
• Completes grinding inventory reporting documents.
• Assists other Extrusion Technicians with Gaylord boxes or stacking as needed.
• Participates in periodic inventory counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

TITLE: Reclaim Grinder

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Grind rejected and scrap products into a flake and place flake into properly designated silos.

WORK DETAILS

• Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7am- 3:30pm
• Starting Rate: $13.25 an hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Available to work overtime when needed
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observes and inspects grinder for proper functioning, damage, wear, and tear.
• Examples include, but are not limited to checking the silos on a periodic basis, observing silo readings for fullness, observing damaged and broken parts, specifically the blades, etc.
• Completes grinding inventory reporting documents.
• Assist other Extrusion Technicians with Gaylord boxes or stacking when needed.
• Participates in periodic inventory counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION

• Inside environmental conditions are protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions.
• Inside and outside environments apply.
• Subject to extreme heat; temperatures above 100 degrees for more than one hour.
• Subject to noise, causing reason to shout to be heard above the noise level.
• Subject to vibration, exposure, fluctuating movement of the body.
• Subject to hazards such as moving machinery, electrical currents, falling debris, exposure to chemicals, gases, or high heat.
