AAMCI is seeking a Recertification Specialist for a 500-unit Section 8 and Tax Credit property in Dayton, OH. You will conduct initial, annual, and interim recertifications to ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations.
Responsibilities include verifying income/assets, maintaining EIV records, and managing resident files with data entry and correspondence. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, full-time with strong benefits.

AAMCI is looking for a bright, energetic individual who is qualified and experienced with section 8 and Tax credit programs to add to our team as a Recertification Specialist at a 500-unit Section 8 and Tax Credit property located in Dayton, OH.
Full-Time - $17-$18.50 per hour, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
As we value our team members, AAMCI provided a Monday to Friday work week. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
