Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, manage calls, greet clients with compassion, and coordinate scheduling. You will help maintain accurate medical records, process payments, and support pet wellness education to ensure excellent client experiences.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to details is a must!
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
