Job summary

Senior Resource Group-SRG is seeking a friendly receptionist for the Naples, FL area. You will monitor entry security, greet guests, answer phones and assist residents. Opportunity for more hours with a welcoming team in a senior living environment.

Essential Duties:

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require guests to "sign-in" at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Routetelephone calls and takemessages, as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general needs.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development). One to three months related experience in asenior living community or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.
