Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the welcoming face of a senior living community. You will monitor entry security, greet residents and guests, and answer phones, providing courteous service and information throughout shifts.

The role offers an hourly wage around $18 with opportunities for more hours in the evenings and overnight PRN assignments, in a local Florida setting. This is a great entry into senior living and community support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. One to three months related experience in a senior living community or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require guests to sign in at the reception desk.
• Answer incoming calls; route calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general needs.

Essential Duties

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require guests to "sign-in" at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Routetelephone calls and takemessages, as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general needs.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.
