The role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with the agent on marketing efforts. Licensing to solicit and service products is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
