Pslagent is seeking a full-time Receptionist for the State Farm Agent Team in Port Saint Lucie, FL. What You'll Do

• Be the welcoming first impression for every customer — in person, by phone, and by email
• Keep the office running smoothly by managing appointments, routing calls, and handling day‑to‑day communications
• Help customers navigate their questions and connect them with the right team member
• Identify insurance needs during conversations and support our team in serving existing and prospective clients
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records and follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Pitch in on administrative tasks and special projects as the team needs

What We're Looking For
