I opened my agency in September of 2015 after working as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high-performing, people-focused office. I’m married, born and raised in Memphis, and hold an insurance degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated endurance athlete — having completed the Leadville 100 multiple times and several Ironman races — which reflects the discipline, resilience, and goal-driven mindset that shape our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
