I opened my agency in September of 2015 after working as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high-performing, people-focused office. I’m married, born and raised in Memphis, and hold an insurance degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated endurance athlete — having completed the Leadville 100 multiple times and several Ironman races — which reflects the discipline, resilience, and goal-driven mindset that shape our agency. Our office is home to two golden retrievers who proudly serve as our unofficial mascots and add to the fun, welcoming environment. Community involvement is important to us. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
