State Farm Agent in McKinney, TX is seeking a part-time Receptionist to handle a front-desk, answer calls, greet clients, and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with sales conversations; the role offers training, development, and a path for advancement within the agency. Hours are 8:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, with compensation of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, receptionist, administrative, or related experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient client service.
• Assist clients with basic questions and service requests.
• Route complex service and sales needs to the appropriate team member.
• Support Account Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
• Assist with client follow-ups, documentation, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate notes and client records.
• Help ensure calls and client requests are handled promptly.
