I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. I've been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, beginning my career at just 16 years old. I graduated from Kennesaw State University and enjoy spending time with my teenage son and our two dogs hiking, running, participating in 10Ks and marathons, and living a healthy lifestyle. Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
