Job summary

The Haviland Agency in Bucks County seeks a Licensed Receptionist/Client Relations Associate to bring State Farm experience and a service mindset to support clients and the team from day one.

This role goes beyond front desk duties, handling policy servicing, billing inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups while spotting in-policy sales opportunities and maintaining client records. Competitive base salary with growth based on performance; health insurance and PTO included.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus).
• State Farm agency experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong working knowledge of State Farm systems and service workflows.
• Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for customer service and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact—greet clients warmly in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with policy servicing, billing inquiries, and appointment coordination.
• Proactively identify in-policy sales opportunities or referrals to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with follow-ups, documentation, and claims support.
• Support the agency team with administrative tasks, lead tracking, and operational efficiency.
