Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the shop's calendar efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support barbers.
• Support barbers by managing payments and processing transactions accurately.
• Promote shop services and products to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Assist in creating a positive team environment through effective communication.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a salon or barbershop is a plus.
