Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a friendly and outgoing Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. You will monitor entry security, greet visitors, answer phones, and assist residents with basic office tasks.

The role emphasizes professional communication, organizational skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and the company offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk/ receptionist roles is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Screen and require visitors to sign in at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming calls and route or take messages.
• Assist residents with general office needs (postage, copies, notary, etc.).
• Maintain and update office supplies and emergency contact information.

Job Description

An outgoing personality and a pleasant, happy demeanor are key for this fun and rewarding position. You will serve as an essential representative of the community. As our Receptionist, you will monitor entry security, assist residents, greet visitors and answers phones.
Essential Duties:

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require visitors to "sign-in" at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Routes telephone calls and takes messages, as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general office needs, i.e. postage, copies, faxes, notary public, etc.
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
