Description of the Full-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant role:

Danbury Kia is currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our team in Danbury, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support in both receptionist and sales assistant duties. The role requires a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude to greet and assist customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and visitors with a friendly demeanor
2. Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly
3. Accurately manage Inventory Data Entry and Receipting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
