Description of the Full-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant role:

Danbury Kia is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our team in Danbury, CT. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support in both receptionist and sales assistant duties. The role requires a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude to greet and assist customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors warmly
• Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly
• Accurately manage Inventory Data Entry and Receipting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
