Receptionist opening: Part-time 2nd shift, including every other weekend.

  • Answering telephone calls and directing callers appropriately, providing community information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail
  • Monitoring the resident emergency call system
  • Resolving customer questions and concerns
