Role Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service when greeting guests and answering calls
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and message taking
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines while managing information within the hospital
• Collaborate with Business Development and Intake departments during patient assessment and admission

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
